We manage all hotel human resources as required: recruitment, training and employee relations including policies. Our financial management covers all finance and accounting operations in line with international accounting practices. We carry out regular cost control, budgeting and financial performance reviews with the owner.
We provide technical service and design. Property and procurement support includes advising owners on repair and maintenance activities, planning capital expenditure to create additional value and negotiating and procuring supplies and services.
