glh Hotels ceases management of CIT estate

glh Hotels today announces that it has reached an agreement to cease management of the 19 regional Thistle Hotels (the CIT estate) which Lone Star Funds control.  The agreement is a logical next step in glh Hotels' rapid transformation and aim of becoming a leading global hotel owner/operator by launching hotel brands that have global appeal.
