glh Hotels scoops Best Small Hotel Company award

glh Hotels was heralded Best Small Hotel Company by the prestigious Business Travel Awards (BTA) 2016.
The company operates 17 hotels and more than 5,000 bedrooms and prides itself on its entrepreneurial approach to hotel management, passion for digital innovation and ambition to become the world’s best managed hotel company.
The judges felt glh Hotels which operates Amba Hotels, Thistle, every Hotels and four luxury London hotels – The Grosvenor Hotel, The Royal Horseguards, The Cumberland and The Tower had listened to their customers and innovated in line with that feedback.
Key initiatives which have changed the way the company engages staff and customers through technology included superfast free Wi-Fi, a ‘Choose Your Own Room’ service which enables guests to select their bedroom when they book, in-room tablets, a mobile valet app and smart TVs.
